Private Yoga Lessons are an empowering way to receive one-on-one yogic guidance in the comfort of your home. We’ll discuss your current state of well being, determine your goals & set intentions. With that information I’ll create for you a customized sequence to support you on your healing path, including pranayama (breathwork), asana (postures), kriya (energetic exercises) & mantra (affirmations) to enliven your entire being. I will guide you through your personalized sequence every step of the way, providing specific cues for healthy alignment, offering hands-on adjustments (if desired) all while holding safe, loving space for you to explore the connection between your mind, body & Spirit!
