If you are a first time sound client, please book the 2 hr Initial first.

Follow up Sound Healing Journeys are a continuation of the inner work, combatting stress, creating harmony of mind, body & spirit with tools for holistic wellness maintenance including: insightful conversation, emotional processing, goal setting, somatic exercises, breathwork, meditation & sound journeying.

Please only book this option once you’ve completed your initial session.
