Private Sound Healing Journeys with Izzi are a beautiful and transformational deep dive exploration, customized to your unique vibrational blueprint.

This initial 2 hour session offers a safe space to get to know one another through confidential, non-judgemental and intimate conversation, holding space for any emotional processing that may arise.
A combination of gentle somatic exercises, breathwork and vocal toning practices may accompany the full length therapeutic vibrational sonic experience intuitively designed to support mental, emotional, physical & spiritual growth.

Sessions are held in a private healing studio office at Urban Wellness in downtown Phoenix. Please arrive hydrated, nourished and in comfortable clothing. No previous sound healing experience is required.
